The San Diego Metro Region Career Centers are operated by KRA Corporation and funded by the San Diego Workforce Partnership. Our goal is to provide individuals with a comprehensive approach to career planning and job search services in order to improve their skills or find a job as quickly as possible.
Our qualified and committed staff can help you access your interests, skills, and experience which can pinpoint educational opportunities and other tools needed to achieve employment success.
We can also help you research employment, industry, and labor trends to help you identify prospective career choices and ensure you are on the right career path.
Veterans are entitled to receive a priority in service which includes:
- A 24-hour "Veterans Only" hold on all new job orders received by the Caljobs labor exchange system.
- Placement of qualified veterans' résumés before non-veterans' résumés on job order screens that are viewed by EDD staff or prospective employers.
